This addition helps ease disorientation by clearly showing the time of day and date, giving extra clarity to help people move through their day with confidence.

Dementia day clock
Specially designed to show the time, day and whether it is morning, afternoon, evening or night.
Temperature sensor
Lets our team know if a room becomes unusually warm or cold.
A wander alert
Offering gentle reassurance if someone leaves their home unexpectedly.
Smoke detector
Adds another layer of reassurance in the home by raising an alarm and alerting our team if excess smoke is detected.
Flood detector
Alerts us that support is needed if taps are left running.
Together these features help with orientation, reduce anxiety and confusion, and support calm routines while reducing night-time wandering.

Payment can be made by debit or credit card. For our ongoing monitoring service, you can set up a monthly direct debit from your bank account.
Your devices will either be delivered by one of our TEC Officers or shipped by Royal Mail.
Yes – we use industry standard encryption to secure any transactions. Any regular monthly payments are covered by The Direct Debit Guarantee. This guarantee is offered by all bank and building societies.
If the service user is VAT exempt, you will not need to pay VAT. You can place an order without paying VAT by completing the exemption form during the checkout process.
