At Sanctuary LumaLiving, our mission is to help people stay curious, capable and connected. The tools and services we offer are not just functional. They’re invitations to keep exploring, to break routine and to say “yes” to the things that matter.
We work with individuals, families and organisations to offer a wide range of equipment and support. Everyone deserves to feel part of the world around them, and we want to make that feel possible every day. Through partnerships across health, social care and housing, we help more people feel secure, supported and ready to step into the world waiting for them.
We’re also a not-for-profit organisation. Every penny is reinvested so we can strengthen our services and reach more communities. Our focus is always on people, not profit.

We’re part of Sanctuary, which has a history of over 50 years of improving lives through housing and care and support in England and Scotland. Our size, effective governance and careful financial management means our customers can be confident we’ll always be there.
