There are two easy ways to begin depending on what you’re comfortable with. Either find what you’re looking for online and purchase what you need in our online shop, or speak to us before you decide to buy and pay over the phone.

Browse our online shop and select the product or package that best suits your needs.
At checkout, you’ll pay:
- Your one-off product charge
- Your first month’s subscription
This secures your order and allows us to begin setting up your service.
Within 48 hours of placing your order, we will email you with available installation dates.
If we need any additional information, we will contact you directly.
Once your installation date is confirmed, your monthly subscription starts on the day your kit is installed. It does not start on the day you paid. This means you always receive a full month of service.
You can choose how your devices are installed:
- Set them up yourself using our simple step by step instructions
- Get support from our friendly team by phone
- Arrange for a professional installer to get you started
Your subscription is billed monthly.
- Your next payment will be taken one month after your installation date
- Each payment covers a full month of service
We stay connected with you through:

This may include products and packages from our online shop, a more personalised combination of products or services or support that adapts as your needs change. We can provide bespoke packages to support with chronic illnesses and specific needs. Our focus is on what works best for you, not on selling set packages.

Easy installation
Our team sets everything up with care and clarity, using trusted equipment that self‑checks for faults.
