Getting started is simple. Once you’ve ordered your alarm, it’s delivered and set up so it’s ready to use straight away. Just plug in the base unit, connect it to your broadband, and test the wearable pendant to make sure everything is working. If you ever need to update, replace or check something, the support team is on hand to help.

Your devices will either be delivered by one of our TEC Officers or shipped by Royal Mail.
